GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST

The focus of this chicken recipe is the marinade .... interesting ingredients
with lots of flavor and tang.

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix together thoroughly
using a whisk. A drastic color change happens as the mixing begins.
Don't worry, it's just the poultry seasoning.

Place 6 to 8 chicken breasts into a glass dish, piercing with a fork
to allow flavors to infuse the chicken.
Pour marinade over the chicken.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours.

Nothing beats juicy, grilled-to-perfection chicken using a exceptionally flavored marinade.
Serve with baked potato rounds and steamed asparagus.

1/2 cup vegetable or olive oil
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tbsp. coarse sea salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk together thoroughly.

6 to 8 chicken breast halves

Place chicken pieces into a shallow glass dish.
Pour marinade over chicken, piercing with a fork to allow flavor to
infuse each piece.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours.
Grill, covered, over medium heat for 4 to 7 minutes on each side,
or a meat thermometer reads, 170°
